This wine represents the natural evolution of Valcalepio in splendidly gifted years. The particular vinification gives the product great body and softness, the long aging in wood amalgamates the primary characteristics in the best possible way, giving us a wine of great personality and interest. Delicate acidic fruity notes stand out on the nose, spicy and evolved notes predominate, full-bodied on the palate with soft notes combined with spicy hints.

Vinification

If perfectly ripe they form the basis for this wine, maceration pushed to the extreme to extract all the noble polyphenolic substances.
